Painted Muslin Pears

I finally got around to painting some muslin pears - I like the way they turned out. I've rubbed ground cinnamon into each one after the paint dried and sprayed them with a pear linen spray. They smell wonderful! I used different shades of green, mustard, white and orange acrylic paint, I first dry brushed the colors onto the pears, then added a little bit of water to my brush and went lightly over the pear to 'blend'. Rubbing the cinnamon in helps to soften the look. I cut some twigs from a tree in my yard and attached those with hot glue - then immediately sprinkled cinnamon into the glue.
